• 1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The KidVision's Book Cover Design Contest begins on May 6, 2003 and ends on July 14, 2003. Emailed and Mailed Entries Must Be Received No Later Than July 18, 2003, 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.
  
  
• 2. To Enter: You may enter 1 design. All entries must have the following information in your email or on a separate piece of paper, if mailed:
  
  i. Your Name
  ii. A Valid Email Address and Address (For verification purposes only)
  iii. Your Age (If under 13, you must get your parent's permission to enter. The winner's parent must sign a permission form.)
  iv. Your City and State
  v. Your Parent's Valid Email Address (For verification purposes - See Rule 4)
  vi. KidVision's Book Cover Design (See Rule 3 for Design requirements)
  
  All information will be kept confidential. Information is used only to contact the winner and/or to contact the winner's parent/guardian.
  
  
• 3. Design Requirements: Design KidVision's Book Cover. Your design should be inspired by "Dreams, Anything Is Possible" and "Dream It, Believe It, Create It, Got It!!". Come up with a Design that has a message that can inspire dreams! The size should be 10 inches by 10 inches. Paint, Draw (cannot be 3-dimensional) or create Digital Art . Any attachments should be saved in theses formats (jpg, gif, eps, png, psd, bmp). (A digital picture of your entry will be accepted, but if you are a winner, we will need your original art work.) Be creative, inventive and color outside the lines and above all else, HAVE FUN!
  
  
• 4. All entrants under age 18, must provide their parent/legal guardian's email address and Sponsor will notify parent/legal guardian by email if the child is a potential winner. If the child is a potential winner, a Parental Permission Form ("Form") will be emailed to the parent/guardian which must be completed, signed indicating approval and returned by mail to address provided on the Form to Sponsor within the specified time, the potential winner will forfeit his/her right to be declared a winner or win a prize.

Your Winning Design will be PUBLISHED on the COVER of Our Book, KidVision! And you will get your very own copy of KidVision, when it has been published! Verified prize winner will be posted at www.planetgiggle.com. No cash substitutions for prizes will be permitted and prizes are nontransferable. In case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner's parent/legal guardian. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these rules and the decision of the judges, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Contest. Acceptance of the prize by the parent or legal guardian constitutes winner's consent that Sponsor may use winner's name, likeness and/or biographical information for promotional purposes (including posting first and last initial on this Web site), except where prohibited. If emailed prize notification is returned as undeliverable or parental release forms are not returned within time specified, the prize will be forfeited. • 6. Eligibility: contest open to people who are 19 years of age and younger. Anyone age 13 and under must have the parent/legal guardian's permission. Employees of Sponsors and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
  
  
• 7. In the event that duplicate entries are submitted by two different kids, the entry received first will be declared a valid entry. The subsequent entries will be disqualified.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors/failures of any kind, delayed computer transmissions of network connections, including but not limited to, lost Internet connection during transmission of email causing entry not to be received. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for mail carriers delivering entries, including but not limited to, late, damaged or not received at all. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, suspend or modify this Contest, in any matter, should virus, bug or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest. Artists understand that their entry must be their original work and that if accepted, will be published on our website and in our book, KidVision.
