Official Rules of the Sweepstakes

Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age
or older and shall be construed and evaluated according to U.S. Law. Do not enter
if you are not located in the United States. Void in Puerto Rico and where
prohibited.

• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The PlanetGiggle.com's Holiday Sweepstakes
  begins on November 19, 2004 and ends on December 15, 2004, midnight,
  Pacific Standard Time. Just follow the Official Rules below for all the details.
  
• To enter, simply visit the PlanetGiggle.com's website and complete the online
  registration form. You may only enter one time, no matter how many separate
  email addresses you own. You must have access to the internet and a computer
  in order to participate in this sweepstakes.
  
• This sweepstakes is sponsored by PlanetGiggle.com. By entering this
  Sweepstakes, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless
  PlaneGiggle.com its officers, directors, employees, agents, legal
  representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers and agencies and their
  respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages which
  may arise out of participation in this Sweepstakes, or out of the acceptance,
  use, misuse or possession of prizes. By participating, you agree to these Official
  Sweepstakes Rules, and to the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and
  binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. This
  sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at
  least 18 years of age, with the exception that this sweepstakes is void in
  Puerto Rico and all territories and protectorates of the United States, and where
  specifically prohibited by law.
• The Prize will be chosen by the Prize Winner from among the following Prizes -
  Giggle Box: Happy Tote or Giggle Box: Hobby Tote. From among all valid entries
  received during the contest period, one winner will be chosen at random. Sponsor also
  reserves the right to substitute any Prize for its Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
  with a like Prize. No cash redemption.
• If you are selected as the winner and are notified by PlanetGiggle.com, you must
  respond within 14 days, identity must identically match the information in
  PlanetGiggle.com's database for a prize to be awarded. Entries will be deemed
  made by the person under whose name the entry was registered, regardless of who
  actually submitted the entry.Noncompliance within this time period may result in
  disqualification. Winners may be required to provide picture proof of identification,
  which may include a driver's license, passport, a voting card or similar government issued
  identification. Return of any prize/ prize notification as undeliverable may result
  in disqualification.
  
• Contest ends on December 15, 2004 at midnight (PST). Winner will be selected in a random
  drawing from among all qualified entries received. Drawing will be held on or
  about December 19, 2004. Winner will be notified on or about December 20, 2004 by email.
  
• All taxes and fees on prizes won are the sole responsibility of the winner, in applicable.
  
• Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for PlanetGiggle.com and its affiliates to
  use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without
  additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
  
• By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless PlanetGiggle.com,
  its legal representatives, any prize providers, and all sponsors and each of their respective
  parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, advisors, assignees,
  licensees, representatives, agents and any other person or entity associated with this
  Sweepstakes from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising
  from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won. Restrictions, conditions, and
  limitations apply.
  
• If for any reason the sweepstakes program is not capable of running as planned,
  PlanetGiggle.com reserves the right to extend the entry date, cancel, and/or
  postpone the sweepstakes at its sole discretion. PlanetGiggle.com reserves the right
  to change any or all the rules at its sole discretion.
  
• Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, interrupted or
  unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, computer or
  software malfunctions or telephone transmission problems or technical failures, garbled
  transmissions or typographical or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether
  human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve
  the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the
  website or otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsors further reserve the right in their
  sole discretion to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes or any portion thereof should virus,
  bugs or other causes beyond control of Sponsor, corrupt the administration, security
  or proper play of the sweepstakes.
  
• Any attempt by any individual, whether or not a contestant, to damage, destroy, tamper
  with or vandalize this website, or otherwise interfere with the operation of this Sweepstakes,
  including but not limited to electronic or auto entry, is a violation of criminal and civil law and will be disqualified.
